    It’s time to get your hands dirty and turn your imagination into a forever creation! Learn hand building and techniques such as pinch construction, slab work, coils and more. Students will create their own version of the project, perhaps a functional bowl, cup, plate, and/ or sculptural fantastical creatures, imaginary scenes, decor and more.   • Rocket Builder Design - Grades 6-9

    Learn to build and launch your own rockets from common materials left over in the recycling bin where you live. Multiple design, building, and recovery techniques will be experimented with. These rockets are cheap to make so it removes the anxiety of “doing it wrong”! Build it and see what happens, within the rules of model rocketry. A rocket launch time is part of the program.     Learn & play some of the latest multi-player Table Top Strategy Games! These include card card games & board games. Introduce yourself to deck building, worker placement, and cooperative games. Participants will have some choice of what they want to learn and play, from Settlers of Catan to Exploding Kittens. We have lots of options!     DASH Sports Sampler camps provide players an introductory experience to several popular sports games. This camp includes instruction in Soccer, Flag Football, and T-ball. Little athletes will learn how to run, throw, catch, kick, and more! This camp ends on the final day with fun scrimmages and games. Participants should bring a baseball glove, water bottle and wear athletic clothing & shoes. All other equipment is provided. Parent participation is required for the 2-3yr old age group and recommended when needed for the 4+ year old age group.   • Knights Girls Soccer Camp

    This camp will help players prepare for the upcoming season and improve their soccer skills. We focus on technical and tactical soccer abilities, as well as strength and conditioning, agility and quickness. There are three camps being offered this summer. Players can attend as many camps as they would like, but it is recommended for all players planning on try out attend one of the three camps.
  • MUSTANGS YOUTH TENNIS ACADEMY

    Join the Mounds View varsity tennis team for a summer camp! Boys and girls of all levels from across the district are welcome! Players will be taught fundamental to more advanced skills. They will participate in various drills and games that will help them improve their strokes, net game, footwork and serves. Players can develop and create new relationships in a friendly and positive environment. All proceeds will go to the Marit Swenson Shining Light Foundation and the Mounds View Tennis team.
