ECFE Summer Class Fee Refund Policy
A full refund, less a $10 processing fee, for Summer ECFE classes will be issued if a class cancellation is requested 4 days before the class starts. After that time, no refunds will be issued. If an activity is canceled by ECFE a full refund will be issued.
Early Childhood Waiting Lists
If a class is full, there is no fee to place your child on a waiting list. If a family decides to remove their child's enrollment from a class, the family contacts our office. We start calling families on the waiting list to alert them of the opening. We give families 24 hours to respond yes or no to the class slot. Then we move on to the next family on the waiting list. Preschool class waiting lists are maintained throughout the school year.
Refund Policy Community Education Summer Camps and School Year Enrichment, grades K-12
All refund requests must be received a minimum of 7 business days prior to the start of the activity for a full refund. After that time, no refunds or credit vouchers will be issued. If an activity is canceled by Community Education you will receive a full refund.
