Woody plants like trees and shrubs need regular pruning to encourage healthy growth and avoid potential problems. Learn the basics of trimming and pruning these plants. This class is offered by the U of M Extension Master Gardener volunteers of Ramsey County, who are eager to share research-based gardening best practices with the people in their community. Learn to Play Pickleball - Beginner

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America right now, come see what all the rage is about. Learn the rules and basic skills of pickleball, no experience necessary! All you need is tennis shoes, clothes you can move in and a water bottle. Bring a paddle if you have one or we have plenty to share. Pickleball is a lifelong sport that can be played by people of all ages and all year round and after this class you will have what you need to join in on the pickleball trend!

Beginner Pickleball

Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America right now, come see what all the rage is about. You’ll learn the rules, scoring and how to play with fun lessons and drills. We’ll match you up with a partner of like ability to practice the various skills and to play a match in a low key fun environment. Each participants is required to bring their own Paddle. Session will be held indoors at Edgewood Middle School Gyms until weather permits outdoor play on the Edgewood Middle School Courts.
