    This section of Summer Orchestra is for students entering 4th grade (or 5th grade) who will be starting the VIOLIN or VIOLA.   • Robotic Problem Solvers

    Learn basic robotics skills such as; programming, construction, testing, and design while you create robots that solve specific problems generated during the program. You will be using scratch coding and Lego Spike Prime as your tools for problem solving using robots. You will be required to design and 3D print one new part for your robot using design software and a 3D printer. Presented by CSGA Enrichment.   • Multi-Sport: Soccer, Basketball, and Flat Football

    This Camp includes fun skills training and games in three sports: Soccer, Basketball, and Flag Football. Key sports skills will be taught and practiced in all 3 sports so athletes will come out of camp with a great understanding of key skill components and gameplay of each sport. Camp ends with games/scrimmages the final day for each sport, where athletes can showcase their skills. The summer band program offers students an opportunity to start their learning of a band instrument with frequent instruction and small classes. Delivered in a series of 45-minute lessons spanning four weeks, students receive personalized instruction in a small-group setting. At the end of the program, students perform their first band concert. Registration for Valleyfair Performance Field trip will occur at a different date. Rental: District instrument rental is available based on student need as identified by their Band Director. Students who play French Horn, Baritone or Tuba are encouraged to rent 2 instruments from school (one stays at home, one stays at school). Other school instruments may be available for rental for students who qualify for free/reduced lunch. The rental fee covers the summer and a full year of school.
