You will be guided on an immersive, meditative, and therapeutic forest walk based on the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku. Feel nature's fractals, sounds, and sensations melt away your stress and anxiety and enhance your focus. Give yourself permission to slow down and connect your senses to the healing beauty of our metro area's green forest spaces. Locations will be local to the area and may include, Sliver View Park, Rice Creek West Regional Trail, Long Lake Regional Park, and/or Tony Schmidt Regional Park.
