    Join us for the Second Annual Summer Community Expo presented by Mounds View Community Education & the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce The Summer Community Expo is a FREE event for community members to learn about youth, adult & family classes & activities, summer camps and services offered by local businesses, organizations and municipalities! The Expo allows Vendors to showcase their businesses and organizations to the community at a family-friendly event, which includes entertainment, food, and fun! The Expo is a great way to connect commerce and community. This is an opportunity for businesses, organizations, non-profits, local government and youth activity and sports associations to meet/greet with district and area residents. Last year over 500 individuals registered for this Free event! Additionally the Expo will be featured on the back cover of our Community Education Winter/Spring and Summer Catalogs reaching over 30,000 households with in our district boundaries. Vendors presenting activities or provide services: with in or serve community members who live in our district boundaries that directly benefit district youth, families, and/or adult community members. These may include academic, enrichment, heath & well-being, social, sports, recreation, engagement, life-long learning, personal development, home improvement, financial literacy/planning, and/or provide community or business services. Early bird fees will be available through Jan 2, 2023 Vendor Table fees (includes 6-8' table and two chairs): For profit Organization/business - Early bird fee $225 per table, after Jan. 2 $275per table Non-Profit Organization, Local Municipalities, Chamber partners or Non-Profit Youth Sports Associations - Early bird fee $125 per table, after Jan. 2 $175 per table Community Education Partner and Instructors - Early bird fee $75 per table, after Jan. 2 $125 per table Table Add-ons: Bag stuff - Add you flyer to our check in bags, up to 4 page (8.5 x11)flyer. Vendors must be ready to insert into bags (printed & stapled) and deliver all material by March 15, 2022 - Early bird - $50, $200 without table, after Jan 2 -$75 with table, $250 without table. Please note that the school reserves the right to deny booth requests based on district guidelines. No direct sales transactions will be permitted to take place on site. There will be and hour of Set-up from 11:45 a.m.-12:45 pm and and hour of take down from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
