    Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in America right now! Learn the rules and basic skills of pickleball, no experience necessary! All students grades 6-8 are encouraged to play. Practice is Monday & Wednesday from 2:30-3:40pm; non-competitive (this class does not compete against the two other district middle schools). Activities will not meet on non-school days.     Track and field is a coed sport which combines various athletic contests based on the skills of running, jumping, and throwing. All students grade 6 - 8 are encouraged to participate. Meet day busing will bring all students to host school and return remaining students to their home school ONLY (times will be determined once meets are scheduled).     Flag Football - Coed

    Intramural Flag football is coed and all students in grades 6-8 are encouraged to participate. The game of flag football is a fast-paced, non-contact game played between teams of seven players. Each player on the offense and defense wears a set of flags. "Tackles" are made by pulling the flag out of the belt. All physical contact is strictly monitored for the safety of the players. Activities will not meet on non-school days. Acitvity buses are avaialble after practice for eligible students. Game day busing will bring all participants to host school departing at 2:35pm and return remaining students to their home school ONLY by 5:30pm.   • Knights Volleyball Camp

    This is a skill-based instructional camp. The emphasis is to improve the individual skills of each athlete. Girls will play and compete with players of similar skills. We will cover ball handling technique, speed, setting, passing, serving and blocking. A T-shirt will be provided. Please note: There was an error in the Fee in the catalog.     Flag Football - Grades 6-9

    Flag Football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced daily, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride’. Camp ends with scrimmages/games the final day where players can showcase their skills. Athletes values of “Respect, Hustle and Pride”. The camp concludes with scrimmages to showcase skills.   • Rocket Builder Design - Grades 6-9

    Learn to build and launch your own rockets from common materials left over in the recycling bin where you live. Multiple design, building, and recovery techniques will be experimented with. These rockets are cheap to make so it removes the anxiety of “doing it wrong”! Build it and see what happens, within the rules of model rocketry. A rocket launch time is part of the program. Launch equipment is provided. Presented by CSGA Enrichment.     Learn & play some of the latest multi-player Table Top Strategy Games! These include card card games & board games. Introduce yourself to deck building, worker placement, and cooperative games. Participants will have some choice of what they want to learn and play, from Settlers of Catan to Exploding Kittens. We have lots of options! We can always take a break each day and also incorporate games with physical activity as needed. Presented by CSGA Enrichment.   • MLS Go Soccer - Grades 6-9

    DASH Sports officially licensed MLS GO Summer soccer camps provide players a well-rounded soccer experience covering a broad range of soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense) training and scrimmages and games. This camp consists of one day of skills training followed by 3 days of scrimmages and games. Athletes should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a snack (spikes and shin guards are optional). Balls are provided. Each participant will receive an MLS GO uniform with registration consisting of a jersey, shorts, and socks. Presented by DASH Sports.     Who doesn't love a delicious sweet treat? Learn to make all of your favorite desserts from scratch! Homemade caramel, candies, gummies, pies, and sorbet are some of the sweet treats that you will learn to make. In addition to preparing all of these delicious desserts, students will learn important skills such as food preparation and kitchen safety. Presented by CSGA Enrichment.
