Join us at the Third Annual  Summer Community Expo proudly presented by Mounds View Community Education.

Secure your table now for this event taking place on March 23, from 1-4 pm.

The Summer Community Expo is an inclusive and cost-free gathering, inviting community members to discover a plethora of Youth, Adult & Family Classes & Activities, Summer Camps, and Services offered by local businesses, organizations, municipalities and service providers. This Expo provides a unique platform for vendors to spotlight their services and products in a family-friendly environment, complete with entertainment and delectable food. It acts as a vital link between commerce and the community, fostering connections between businesses, organizations, non-profits, local municipalities, and youth activity/sports associations with residents of the district and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking vendors in the following categories:

  • Personal Finance
  • Health Care
  • Senior Living
  • Social Services
  • Sports and Recreation
  • Child Care
  • Summer Camps
  • Health & Well-being
  • Youth Summer Camps
  • Academic Classes
  • Life-long Learning & Enrichment Opportunities
  • Home Improvement
  • Sports & Recreation
  • Fiscal Literacy & Planning
  • Personal Development
  • Community Services
  • And much more!

In the previous year, over 500 individuals enthusiastically registered for this complimentary event! Furthermore, the Expo will be prominently featured on the back cover of our Community Education Winter/Spring and Summer Catalogs, making it visible to over 30,000 households within our district boundaries. 

Vendors should have activities or provide services:

  • with in or serve community members who live in our district boundaries
  • that directly benefit district youth, families, seniors and/or adult community members. These may include academic, enrichment, heath & well-being, social, sports, recreation, engagement, life-long learning, personal development, home improvement, financial literacy/planning, and/or provide community or business services.
  • Early bird fees will be available through Feb 2, 2024

Earlybird Vendor Table fees (includes 6-8' table and two chairs):

  • For profit Organization/business -   $200 per table
  • Non-Profit Organization, Local Municipalities, or Non-Profit Youth Sports Associations -  $100 per table
  • Community Education Partner and Instructors -  $50 per table

Table Add-ons:

  • Bag stuff - Add you flyer to our check in bags, up to 4 page (8.5 x11) flyer.  Vendors must be ready to insert into bags (printed & stapled) and deliver all material by March 14, 2024  $50 with table, $200 without table.

Please note that the school reserves the right to deny booth requests based on district guidelines.

No direct sales transactions will be permitted to take place on site.

There will be and hour of Set-up from 11:45 a.m.-12:45 pm

and and hour of take down from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
