Basic fitness training principles will be incorporated into this program, which is designed to help students increase their cardiovascular endurance, strength and agility. All students in grades 6 – 8 are encouraged to participate. Fitness training meets from 2:30 - 3:40pm on Monday and Wednesday. Activity Buses are available to qualified students at 3:45pm.
