This wonderful Norwegian delicacy is made for banquets, weddings and all special occasions. Learn the finer points in making the dough, baking, storing and of course how to serve Lefse. Plan to sample your fresh, warm creations with traditional fillings plus take home finished Lefse and dough to bake then share with family/friends. Presented be Laurel Severson

This class will be presented in partnership with St. Anthony New Brighton Community Education at St. Anthony High School/Middle School in room 209-FACS
