Future & Current Mustang Weight Training

This course is open to any athlete, or student interested in strength training and conditioning. The course is an excellent way to prepare for the fall and/or winter sports season. The course includes weight training, stretching, agility, plyometrics and improved running technique. High-speed treadmill training will be available to all participants at no additional cost. A camp t-shirt will be included in the fee. No weight training Week of July 6th  per MSHSL rules, however the weight room will be open to students.

Please register for the proper session:

Session I -  All Athletes Grades 10-12

Session II - Male Athletes Grade 9 & Female Athletes Grades 9-12

Session III - All athletes Grades 7-8
