Mounds View Public Schools Community Education

This camp offers a crash course in coding your own games on Scratch. Students will create and develop 3-4 basic games while learning many foundational computer science skills with boundless potential for creativity and expansion. Tailored for the beginner with little to no experience coding on Scratch, we will begin with the basics and have students creating their own detailed, personalized games by the end of the week. Students will come home with a mobile account containing their games to share and play with the whole family! Presented by CSGA Enrichment.

Summer Day Camp Reduced Fees & Financial Assistance:Youth who are residing within District boundaries and currently qualify for educational benefits are eligible for a limited number of sessions per participant at reduced fees for qualifying Summer Day Camps at Turtle Lake. Financial support is provided by the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf, District Community Education Scholarship fund and other community donors.
