  • Ultimate Frisbee - Irondale High School

In 2024, Irondale High School will have an Open team that any Irondale student can join. Ultimate combines the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football. A game of Ultimate is played by two seven-player squads with a high-tech plastic disc on a field similar to football. The object of the game is to score by catching a pass in the opponent's end zone while preventing the opposing team from catching a pass in your own end zone. Please go to https://irondaleUltimate.org for the season schedule and more team information. Any additional questions can be emailed to the coaches at: irondale.boys.ultimate@gmail.com and irondale.girls.ultimate@gmail.com
