Total Body Conditioning
Total Body Conditionings is a workout designed to be challenging, yet allows you to work at your own pace. Using HIIT (high intensity interval training) methods, you will feel energized with strength gains, endurance, and accomplishments. Join the fun this spring at the St. Anthony Community Center gym, and push it to the limit! Required for the class are 2 sets of hand weights, 2-4 lbs., and 6-10 lbs. and an exercise ball.
