Summer Strength & Speed

Boys Sports B  (7th - 9th Football, Lacrosse, Wrestling and Basketball, 7th - 12th all other boys sports)

The Irondale Athletic Department is coming together this summer to offer a comprehensive program for all Irondale athletes incoming grades 6 to 12. This summer the program will be directed by Irondale Strength and Conditioning Coordinator and Head Football Coach Ben Fuller. We are committed to developing Irondale athletes by maximizing the athletic potential of each student athlete and building a culture committed to weight training. We are dedicated to prepare you for the upcoming athletic year with exclusive training in the areas of flexibility, strength, speed, power and agility. This will be accomplished through an olympic styling lifting program and a research based speed training and agility program. The structured workouts will allow them to train in a positive and safe environment, while having fun and building school spirit!

A beginners course is being offered for incoming 6th - 9th athletes that have little or no weight room experience.

A Specific group will also be offering to align with Boys Hockey Ice Time.
